SUPERSPORT EYE SECOND SPOT AGAINST CELTICSuperSport United are set to finish the season on a high when they take on Bloemfontein Celtic on Saturday afternoon.
The match kicks off at 3pm.
Matsatsantsa are currently on position three on the table and a victory for them will see them finishing the season (league match) on the second spot, only if Moroka Swallows lose to Maritzburg United.
SuperSport are going into this match highly motivated after collecting maximum points at the expense of Mamelodi Sundowns last weekend.
This will certainly be SuperSport’s time to settle the score after losing to Celtic in the first round of the season.
Sad news for SuperSport is that their strong man Franklin “Bolo” Cale will sit out two matches due to suspension. However, the return of midfielder Edwin Gyimah is a big boost for coach Gavin Hunt’s charges.
Meanwhile Matsatsantsa, who are out of the contention, will play their last match of the 2011-2012 season when they take on rivals Sundowns in the Nedbank Cup final in Soweto on May 26.
