KATZA SPEAKS TO US FROM HOLLAND

Former SuperSport United defender Ricardo Katza continues to share his coaching course experience with us as he admits that he is becoming a better coach daily.

“Today we visited the Ajax Amsterdam arena to watch the Ajax training session to have a clearer perception on how they prepare their drills and how we can learn from tactical and technical drills.

Thulani Serero, our very Bafana Bafana player was excited to see the South African representatives for the KNVB course,” said the 34 year old.

He added,” I also bumped into Mark Overmars who is currently the technical Director of the club and also saw De Boer and the great former Arsenal legend Dennis Bergkamp together with their coaching staff.

I must say football in Europe is so much challenging and different, but we have learned a lot from this course especially about managing your players and analysing the organization in which your club is in.

We are gaining priceless football knowledge and soon we will be able to use all that theory into practise for our teams back home,” he concluded.
